The Foot - PT begins and I am WALKING!
So we are 13 weeks post injury and 9 weeks post surgery.
I have been walking in a brace and tennis shoes (ONLY) for a week.
Some days are better than other and I will be anxious to see what happens at physical therapy tomorrow. The Tennies are a fashion nightmare when it comes to work clothes but it is what it is.
My surgeon is a dream and he has done wonders for my floppy flipper. I cannot wait until I can do so much more and have a real foot back.
What I am most looking forward to is finally being able to get back into REAL shoes...HEELS! Three inch, FOUR inch... FIVE INCH HEELS!!!!
Oh my gosh everything is so cute and I have to wait.
